This shirt is something special...The fabric is inside out as well as the side seams. There is a standard single chest pocket with a hidden cupro patch pocket inside on the chest as well...This seems to be a bit of a trademark feature for Sacai. This shirt has a small button down collar and grosgrain gusset detail...The Devil is really in the details with this piece!
